  • Registration and Stories Erica and Ed sent out the first wave of emails, and we're eagerly populating our new mailing list, so that we won't bother anyone who doesn't sign up anymore.  Thanks to those of you who already signed up over on the member page.  We're updating the list as people sign up, so check back for the latest version.Some of you were eager enough to share stories that you misappropriated the "other" field in the registration form.  That's great!  Anecdotes and well wishes have been copied onto the stories page for your reading pleasure.  Keep 'em coming!  Send them to admin@tmcalums.org, or just keep using the reg form.  Whatever makes you happy.Last ...

  • REI Garage Sale On Saturday of last weekend, current students and alums went to the seasonal REI garage sale in North Reading.  These events are opportunities for super-cheap used and overstock gear.  TMC members dominated the front of the line, with approximately 20 of us, the earliest showing up at 1:00 AM for the 10:00 sale.Special moments included Rob Gleich's discovery of an animatronic pony in the Dunkin' Donuts dumpster, while foraging for day old donuts.  In addition to donuts, there was beer, music, and overly professional planning.  It was a good day, and we all left a little poorer.

  • Winter Break at the Loj This year, Tufts' winter break extends from December 23 through January 21.  It tends to be a quiet time.  As always, alumni are welcome!
